Nah, Mymy isn't a Nazi (at least, it never explicitly says it), just a very very weird girl with some specifically fetishized beliefs.

To clear this up, no Mymy (The orange part of the changing girl) isn't a Nazi, neither is she speaking German, she's speaking Dutch. (I swear if anyone comments Dutch is just drunk German I'm gonna lose it) *cough*
Anyway, Mymy is from a webseries called "Ongezellig" which basically just follows 3 adopted sisters having to redo some kind of project. Afaik was supposed to be a longer series but got scrapped (Did get an ending though). And for some reason this series got really popular outside The Netherlands.

Anyway, Mymy herself is a Japanese girl, OBSESSED with The Netherlands aaaaand basically sees it as the greatest country ever. Sort of a reverse weeaboo you could say? Dutchaboo? idk. Either way, nothing to do with nazis...
