03/15/2014
I made this stew and substituted the beef with leg of Lamb it was so good I couldn't stop eating it also had soda bread and a Scotch on the rocks to wash it down
I made this Sunday on a cold day in February it was SO good and made us all fell cozzzzzy inside Also I added some caramelized onions over the top Yummy
This was easy and it turned out to be a wonderful dinner. I complemented it with small red potatoes in butter toped with fresh dill from my window herb garden. French style green beans sautéed in butter with scallions and garlic Topped with a mushroom cream sauce
Yummy Yummy there was a party in my tummy!
