By the way, what about MS VISTA???? Not in your 'very partial' chart!!!
Still not in my retailer.... (I am living in the Restoftheworlistan, a republic denigrated in many American movies).
Oh, I know, you don't want to address MS, they may have stronger means than me!!!
I stick to my point: I wish you NOT a happy new year!!!

Thank you, Wired, for this American view of the world! Those (who) know me say I am a pro-American dummy, because I am convinced that globalization is a fact and an opportunity for entrepreneurs. I am surely not this time!!!
What the hell is the Airbus A380 doing in your so-called Vaporware chart??? Is it another example of American arrogance? Is it another example of Boeing's denigrating strategy (because they created many vaporwares those last 10 years...)???
Easy to compare Duke Nukem to the most flying sophisticated aircraft, no??? Are you jealous? Are you reluctant to competition?
You naughty Wired. Boooooooo :-(
I wish you a NOT happy new year !!!

Saying the A380 is "French-built" is inaccurate at best, as less then half of its 50,000 employees work in France.
Also, since BAE Systems sold its 20 percent stake, the company is a wholly owned subsidiary of EADS, which in turn was formed as a merger of Aerospatiale Matra of France, Construcciones Aeronáuticas SA (CASA) of Spain, and DaimlerChrysler Aerospace AG (DASA) of Germany.
Current ownership structure is about 30 percent each publicly traded and DaimlerChrysler, 15 percent each French Government and Lagardère (the former Matra), as well as 5 percent SEPI (Spanish public holding company).

Loved the vaporware story.
I would have voted for Vista, but I have a pro-Mac bias.

Skype on a mobile phone is not vaporware – unless of course I am imagining it working on my Nokia N73. Please see www.three.co.uk for details– a lot of my (ex) colleagues worked very hard to get this live and might be a bit offended by it being called vaporware.
