Maybe you don't mind paying outrageous rates and ridiculously high deductibles, but not everyone can afford that. I'm not worried though President Trump will eventually get those high premiums down under a new health care plan.

I not sure what you mean by tighter reins on capitalism. Capitalism has worked fine since the beginning of time. There is nothing like genuine free trade. I ask a price for my goods and you pay what you think is fair. It has worked fine. Controls on free trade is what causes havoc.

 

Oh free markets have worked wonders for me, I make more money in a single day than the average American family does in a year. Not so much the middle class.

"So far" is what I have to say about the low unemployment rate under Trump. Unemployment was low when George the Lesser was elected. We know how that happened.

 

If Trump gets his tax cuts for the rich only they will benefit. The national debt will grow more than it did under Obama.

In fact that is the premise of democracy remember liberty and justice for all not for half. I don't consider a system without corruption a utopian belief. George the Lesser inherited a budget surplus, low unemployment, and little inflation.

He left the Great Recession.

Obama inherited the Great Recession and left a growing economy.

We'll see what happens under Trump.

 

The only thing we can be sure of under Trump is that if he gets his tax cuts for the rich the national debt will grow more than it did under Obama.
