    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

      That's a job that can't be outsourced. We need to bring back trade schools.
      In the 80's they told kids "Go to college. Learn tech skills and get a degree or you'll never get a good job."

      i agree man. like don’t get me wrong the job not easy it not for faint of heart be in some scary spots. like 80 foot in the air in man basket of crane welding. but then again it’s fun you see your town or city in new perspective. my high school was like that go to college you need a degree. me and 6 other class mates graduate high school went to trade school we not make more than then with degree and have zero school debt
